If you know for sure that a message was sent to you, but it is not displayed on your smartphone, then the first thing to do is to restart your smartphone. - Open the Messages app.

But the point may not even be in the configured filters, but simply in the disabled SIM card . You can check it like this:
- Open settings and select Cellular Data.
