The installation on iPhone 5s of the eighth beta version of iOS 12, which was released in the middle of this week, really brings the smartphone back to life. This was proven by the leading YouTube channel iAppleBytes, by recording a supporting video in which he compares the flagship of 2013 based on the current beta build and iOS 11.4.1.
For the first time, iPhone 5s, running iOS 12 beta, turned on faster than iOS 11.4.1. Since iAppleBytes uploads video without gluing, it is easy to calculate that the difference in favor of the model based on the pre-assembly of the operating system reaches almost 20 seconds.

How has the performance of iOS 12 beta 8
The performance of iOS 12 beta 8 can also be seen in the example of the operation of the interface. As promised on the presentation, the keyboard on the beta appears almost at the moment of launch. The same is observed when pressing the “Share” button in the “Photos” application and when the camera is started.
But in synthetics, the superiority of iOS 12 beta 8 over iOS 11.4.1 was not so obvious. In two of the three benchmarks, the stable OS version from Apple bypassed – albeit slightly – the test assembly in almost all indicators.
